Cafe Terms of Service

GENERAL

• All commissions are digital and not physical.

• Yumi Cafe Art reserves the right to refuse any commission request.

• Appropriate references must be provided along with the commission request.

• Your commissions can be shared on Yumi Cafe Art socials with clients' permission.

I can give you;

Mostly I can do Humans, Game Characters, Anime Persona, OCs, and Animals, but we need to talk about them first to see the details

I can't give you:

1. NSFW art

2. Dynamic Poses

3. Furry

Commission process;

Discuss Draft - Sketch - Base Color - Effects & Background* - Finished - Full Payment - Delivery

* If the commission is a full body illustration, not a PNG.

PAYMENTS

• The Full payment must be paid before delivering your finalized commission.

• If the invoice is not paid or you do not respond to the confirmation during the sketch/final phases within 36 hours, I will assume your interest in the commission is no longer desired. You will not be penalized for this, you will simply no longer be part of that current commission batch.

REVISIONS

• You can have 2-3 revisions to ask me for as many changes as you want, no more than that.

• Please try to do them all together instead of ordering one by one while I'm still in the sketch phase, not after or when it's finalized.

• If you have more than 2-3 revisions, there will be an extra 5% per revision will be added.

• There will be no room for any changes after finalizing the commission from the client, if so, an extra 15% charge will be made after the final files are delivered.

• *There will be a rush fee of 5% charge if you have a set date.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• My usual delivery time is about 5-7 days, high change may be less if there is no waitlist.

• If the order must be done by a certain day, please tell me beforehand and we can discuss it.

• If you need it further in advance than the date, let me know about it then I can give you the total cost with the rush fees.

USE

• Please do NOT use my work for any commercial purposes such as printing and selling, or anything related to profit-making use, only personal use.

• The client does not have any permission to put the final product of their commission on any type of IA.

• If clients wish to have permission to use my work for commercial use, ask and we can discuss the price to permit the use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• The client is not allowed to say that the final work is their own.

• The client is encouraged to give credit to Yumi Cafe Art on any platform where the commission, art, adoptables, etc. is shown publicly.

REFUNDS

• There are no refunds for digital commissions unless I suggest it. Any chargeback without contact will be blocked and added to a public blacklist.

• We can contact each other for your commission via Twitter and Instagram. If you are not comfortable with these platforms, please let me know. I can also communicate with you by email.
